How to Cancel Subscription
1. Cancel your Subscription from the AI PDF Reader Account Center
If you want to terminate the next recurring payment transaction cycle, you must cancel the subscription 3 days in advance before it recurs. If you purchased the Subscription Plan from the online store of AI PDF Reader.com, you can go to the AI PDF Reader account center, login, and click on the "Products and Plans " part to click the "Unsubscribe " option behind your subscription plan to cancel the subscription all by yourself.
2. Cancel Subscription from App Store
If you subscribe to AI PDF Reader software from the Apple App Store or Google Play, please refer to the rules of Apple for canceling subscriptions and the Google Play Store guide to cancel it.

Refund Policy
It's because of the 'try-before-you-buy' system that AI PDF Reader provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may be approved for a refund if you purchased AI PDF Reader software from our online store at AI PDF Reader.com and one of the following conditions applies:
- The product is proven to be defective by AI PDF Reader's technical support department.
- Duplicate orders were made at AI PDF Reader's online store.
Refund Conditions for AI PDF Reader Pro:
While these conditions are guidelines, all refunds are made at AI PDF Reader's sole discretion. And please note:
- If you apply for a refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you will get a full refund.
- If you apply for a refund after 30 days but do not exceed half of the period of your Subscription Plan, you can get a 50% refund.
- If you exceed half of the period of your Subscription Plan, you can't apply for a refund.
- If you purchase a Perpetual License of AI PDF Reader, you can't apply for a refund after 30 days of your purchase.
- If you purchase AI PDF Reader from the App Store, it is up to Apple's refund policy to decide whether you can get the refund.
Refund Conditions for AI PDF Reader AI Assistant
If you purchase the AI PDF Reader AI assistant separately, please note:
Monthly Plan:
- If you apply for a refund within the first 15 days of your initial purchase, you will get a full refund.
- If you apply for a refund after 15 days, you can't apply for a refund.
Yearly Plan:
- If you apply for a refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you will get a full refund.
- If you apply for a refund after 30 days but do not exceed half of the period of your Subscription Plan, you can get a 50% refund.
- If you exceed half of the period of your Subscription Plan, you can't apply for a refund.
AI PDF Reader Pro + AI PDF Reader AI Add-on Bundle:
- Users can unsubscribe or request a refund separately when purchasing the bundle package, and they both have the same refund policy as we explained above.
